Default what dipstick for a chevelle
what dipstick and dipstick tube fits well in an A body such as my chevelle? i have the two piece from a van and it is way too long.

Depends on what oil pan you have, but if you have a van engine, just get one from a truck (Silverado) because they have the same pan.

I used the stock F body dipstick with my LS1 with an Autokraft pan. Fits fine.

did you use the stock chevelle radiator? if so, what did you do for the lower hose?
