Western Members - Transmissions in Cen Cali

So I should be looking to buy a 700r4 for my 70 camaro soon and was wondering if anyone knew any good transmission shops in central california (bakersfield to fresno areas). Would rather not have to drive over 2 hours to get one and was hoping to save a little by not having shipping. I'm looking to get about 400rwhp so will need to be able to easily handle that and preferably with a decent warranty.

I got my 4L60E trans from performabuilt. I have their level 2, been beating on it for about a year with just over 400rwhp, was about 340rwhp for 2yrs before that. Havent had any issues. Dont know any transmission shops locally, you can try calling Nate at All Out Performance, he would know.

Ordered my Level 2 from Performabuilt as well. I live in the Turlock/Modesto area.

I also went with a performabuilt level 3 4L60e. Great customer service and the trans has held up pretty good @ 500rwhp. I believe the shipping is included in the price of the trans.

We build 4l60e/700r4's that regularly live in our customers vehicles in the 9's/10's/11's.

We have a couple customers with 9-sec street driven cars and dozens and dozens in the 10's-12's.

Fully 1-yr warranty up to 600 rwhp on our standard lvl 5 700r4/4l60e - $1399 plus core or up to 700 rwhp on our Level 6 builds for $1899.
