Default Tuning in or around Denver CO?

Looking to get my car tuned after I install a new tc and what not. I've heard there is someone named Clint that is supposed to be good. Anyone have info on him or any other places?

hey -- Clint is with A.I.R. -- Contact info is 303-250-1466

You can also check out RMCR out of the Springs -- Contact info is 719-574-0625, website is RMCRPerformance.com. We use RMCR for all of our performance work. Have a '94 TransAm, full interior that runs low 10s at Bandimere..

Any other questions, PM me.

Thanks & good luck.

the only shop i would consider using would be RMCR.. dont really know too much of these other shops to really trust. If not RMCR just make a haul to Texas and visit TSP.

I Didn't have very much luck with Clint. He never could get my car running right. But he has been able to get good tunes done for people with more mild cam setups and superchargers.
RMCR is a bit expensive. Plus they rubbed me the wrong way when I did go to them for work.
You might want to give Trent a try. He is in Brighton.

Otherwise I would go out of state like tx28ls1 mentioned.

Let me know what you find out Dangelang. I've got a custom EFI Live tune from Matthews Automotive near Longmont that went out of business 2 years ago. Just failed my emissions test big time. Trying to figure out if I add Tune capability to my EFI Live Scan and try to restore the stock tune or have a pro sort it out. My car runs very well for stock with the bolt ons described below, but the State of CO...she no likey.

Thanks for the info, I'll have to call the mentioned places and see who has the best deal. Might lean toward the place in Brighton. I'll post back up to let y'all know about my experiance.

Committed. I need a high altitude tune. I can fly you out here for free on United with my miles. I need to get some laughing gas on there also. Let me know when you can do this.

Dangelang You're welcome to visit some of the work I've done to make a more educated decision on where to goto for a good tune. My Dyno Tunes start at $175 Click this link, for more info. http://www.gmvsworld.com/index.php?board=19.0

Jay Datzneat, yeah got you handled for your WOT tune no problem, but your car did give me trouble with the street-ability, Dying Or hanging idle Etc. I've learned with setups like yours, large Cams, Heads, ported intakes Etc, to have the street-ability done here at the shop, and for me to drive the car myself. Letting you drive, and meeting in public areas, really was not giving me a good feel for what the car was doing and unfortunately a waste of time for both of us... By the way Hi Hope your well.

Clint
