Default Should 6LE do one last run of overlays ?

Since the sad news that 6LE is gonna be no more and that he
already started pulling products off his line , Do you think he should
do one last run of Gauge Overlays as a farewell item ? I know theres
quite a few people who still want a 6LE overlay sooo.... Mark what
do you think of doing one last run of custom overlays ? Maybe do
this last batch as a "Signature Series" to top off all the great things
you have brought to the Fcar community . I think it would be a great
idea and one of the last custom pieces you had made for the Fbody
Community . I know I am in 110% . Who else is in ?

I think he should allow everyone one last opportunity to do it personally, I'm just glad I got my carbon fiber overlay when I did, now to find time to install it, might just have to rent a car and have it installed for me. Damn 10 hour shifts 6 days a week.

Sounds like Mark is burnout with this due to other stuff (paying jobs, commericals, tv, etc)....However, McNord may be up for these now???

And who the hell is the crackhead who said no?!

No worries, we'll do one more...

As far as McNord doing them, there's something I don't think anyone ever understood about my company.

It started with me selling splitters. However, splitters alone would NEVER pay the crazy amount of money needed to be a sponsor on THIS SITE ALONE.

SO, I reached out to other people making one or two items who couldn't afford to be a sponsor either.

I basically set it up so they were manufacturers, I was a distributor and kind of umbrella'd all this cool stuff for our cars under my company. I bought their product so they could keep making it and then with 10 or so different products to sell I could afford the sponsor fees and so on.

Long story short, the time involved and, believe it or not, small profit, mean for the most part, trying to sell stuff to you guys alone is a COMPLETE waste of time

^charge more. i hate to say it, but i'de rather be able to still buy your products and pay an arm and a leg then not have you around anymore. you do realize you are the most popular sponsor in this section right? and i am pretty sure you could branch out to sell parts for mustangs, mopars, etc etc. i'm sure there has got to be some profit to be made somewhere.

****. well i was going to be starting my appearance mods real soon here too. expanding the brand wouldnt hurt, to mopar, fords, etc. but yeah, that requires more time money and effort. its a shame, i was really thinking your business would blow up. i wanted to order some 19x12 c6z spyders this xmas, but i guess that goes down the drain hopefully you can make a comeback in the future!

Part of me would love a set of overlays, but I'm not sure how smart it is to get some for my V6 cluster. And I'm not sure if a V8 cluster would work right in my V6 either. Obviously a new overlay could account for some changes like the tach range and oil PSI ranges, but not sure if the electronics themselves would work properly or not. Like would the speedometer be accurate...

Argh
