Default Rear bumper is flopping
Is this just a issue with not being bolted on or missing clips of some sort.I can pull the bottom of my rear bumper up a little its not secure its on a 98 ta thx n advance

Sounds like the tabs are broken or clips are missing in corner behind wheels

I have the same problem with my 98 TA but Ive tried to put plastic screws inthe back and they always fall out beacause their too small or not long enough.
