where is this noise coming from?

where is this noise coming from? after i take a sharp turn i hear a whine come from the the front of the car. then it fades away after like 5 min of driving

Power Steering Pump? When they are low on fluid, and/or starting to go bad, it'll usually make whining noises like that after a hard turn.
