hanging idle?

hanging idle? When stepping on the clutch the engine seems to stay reved up until i come to a complete stop. Could anyone check out my tune and maybe tell me what needs to change?
BTW: I switched PCM's and used the compare feature to move my tune over to the new pcm since i couldnt license the other tune because of a vin/os error. It was working fine before.
