Default Car wont drive.

idk what to do. my car starts and idles fine. it goes into every gear with no problem. but when i hit the gas it wont move. i dont smell the clutch burning or anything but it started smoking out of a hose on the passenger side. what could this be. any help would be appreciated.

Does the car just rev when you hit the gas or just idle?

Broken clutch,tranny or rear.. Probly any of those.

When you put it in gear and let your foot off the clutch does the clutch engage? It is quite possible the rear end is toast. If you are getting absoultly no engagement what so ever then it's time to drop the trans and see whats going on in there. Also you said there was smoke coming off a hose from the passenger side of your engine. Where does the hose start and where does it end?

Maybe someone stole your driveshaft?
