Default Bone stock 1/4mi record 04-07

Does anyone one know what the quickest 1/4mi times are for the 2004-07 CTS-V?

I think the fastest recorded time was mid 12s but the average is 13.4 to 13.6

I just ran my '05 last Sunday. Stock other than 275/40/18 on the rear. It ran 13.34@107.4 with a 2.11 60'. Probably not the best, but I think it was pretty good.

It seems that 12.90s are very possible in the right air, with a decent 60'. I remember motortrend going 13.0@110. Keep posting...thanks

Dragtimes.com keeps a record of that. As of now 11.8 is the fastest. Although there are several beasts being built now that are 800+rwhp with Madman rears. They will break that.

No way that's bone stock. The calculator I found online says 12.70's@110 for a 4200 lb car (includes driver) with 405 HP. I'd guess that's with a 1.6 60'. I guess another good question is what's the fastest 60' in a first generation V? From what I've seen 1.60's are nearly impossible with this car

That is Gene's car that ran 11.8. I did not say that was bone stock. If you click to the other pages you will see bone stock Vs. They average mid 13s. 13.1-14.2 for a stock V is the range on the website if you would have read through the link I posted.

Mine ran a 12.8 with a k&n cai, mag catback and on 275/40's in the rear with the previous owner. Said he only ran it once to see what it would do.

If the previous owner did not show you the time slip . . . well then, I suspect that statement by the seller could be the 4th or 5th biggest lie, next to the 'infamous 3'.

that is really hard to believe, he just "tried it" one night. FN car has to be mastered for the win. not an easy car to drag.

when you say stock, headers?? it ranges all over the board as the members now actually drive this car instead of ***** footing around the rear end.

I go to the strip as often as I can, of course I do have axles, but if you let off when hopping, it will stay together. So what you run an 18 that time, saves you alot of money. I make at least 8 passes each time I go and you know within the first 60' if you should give it up in this car. you will only frustrate yourself and be amazed you run 107mph, lol. I am there myself some nights.

sorry, just cant believe he went one time on a stock v and ran a 12.8. One time, BS
