Default What are the best factory heads for 6.0L??
What are the best heads to use on a 6.0?? I am wanting to build a carborated 6.0L for my 1970 Camaro drag car.
I have never messed with any of the LSx motors so please bare that in mind.

LS2 243/799 re very good and will net around 10.5:1 scr with mill.
or the ls3/l92 heads but will have lower than 10.5:1 scr even with mill.
assuming your 6.0 is dish piston lq4

if i had to do it again i'd do l92s and super victor.

my project is in the sig. tsp ls6 stage 2.5's on a bone stock bottom end lq4 with a .40 head gasket. 10.53 static and 8.27 dynamic compression

L92's by far. Name any other head that has a 260cc intake runner and 320cfm out of the box!
