Id consider long tubes if you have the money before you up the boost. Id rather have an effiecient motor then throw more boost at it to get the same power you could have from the boost your at now.

I'll sell you my 2.6 blower pulley never used/brand new. You'll be safe on stock internals, the pulley doesn't add much boost wise. I've heard 1-3 lbs more

I've heard that headers make the car to loud so was trying to avoid that.

So run headers with high flow cats and keep a resonator with the corsa. If thats too loud (which it might be because corsa is a little louder and more raspy than the rest), ill trade you my magnaflow catback for your corsa and cover shipping both ways.

Mine sounds great, just not loud enough for me but if your looking for something mild that sounds good but not too loud, the mag would be perfect for you. Im a corsa fan but the mag tips look the best IMO. If i find a corsa trade, ill go that route. If not, ill be cutting my mag catback muffs out to go with something louder soon.

you might see belt slip with the 2.6 and your will have to grind down your jack shaft mount in the front. inovators west makes a 10% over drive crank pulley that would be better for just a lb or two improvment.

This is something I really wanted to lookin into more but after two called to Magnuson they swear up and down that its not possible... It sucks and it actually pisses me off that they under drove the rear pullies. they should ahve put them 1.1 and increased the size of the front pulley. We inspected the rear pullies and just the visual inspection it looked like you could fairly easily get another main shaft pulley and use it on the jack shaft to get you to 1:1..... Maybe a site vender can have some better insight into this since we are in the same boat.....

You may want to talk to Hendrix Engineering, as I think they offered a rebuild of the Maggie 112 to a 122 specs. Based on this I would think they are very familiar with what can be done with the rear pullies. Magnuson tends to shy away from any suggestions/changes that compromise the longetivity of their products,,,

Ya we have talked to thomas a quite a few occasions. were running his blower cam, the 122 upgrade was jsut going to cost to much so we decided to just run an over drive crank pulley and put a Nano plate kit on it we're going to be spraying 100 shot on top of the 7-8lbs, once we forge the bottom end itll get upped to twin 15lb bottles and a 200shot.
