i have all MSD coil packs on my Z06 motor in my camaro and i have maybe 7,000 miles on them and they are just going out one by one! the bad part is im past the year warranty to get them replaced! so i was just wondering if i should go with a better coil form somewhere else?

Out of the 8 I had here is what I went through. 4 died in short amount of time, 3 cracked casings, 2 unknowns would work but not enough spark at odd times. MSD replaced them under warranty at first with no issues till more started to go. Ended up putting stockers back on and selling the MSD out right as singles.

Stock is the way to go, way more dependable. Everyone I know that has them has regretted buying them.

I have 2 sets of msd coils, one on my camaro and the other on my lsx'd swap 95 silverado. I have had them for over a year and they have given me no issues. But I honestly just bought them for the looks.

Should've just gotten a set of D585 coil with heat sinks or a set of newer LS2/3/7/9 coils and would've been better off...
