master cylinder hyd line help!!

Default master cylinder hyd line help!!

i recently did a 6 speed swap in my car put a new clutch slave and all that good stuff in it but the hyd line from the master cylinder wont go in all the way ive tried everything putting a little dialectric grease on the o ring and all it just wont clip in the slave is a new gm slave and the line is a used gm one any suggestions this is the only thing holding me back from getting this thing on the road

open the bleeder just a tiny bit before you clip the line in. theres too much pressure in the slave cylinder not letting the pintle in the connector retract.

my problem was i wasnt pushing hard enough either i was scared of breaking it so pushed a little harder and it snapped in

i sure did the thing is a animal and trans works great! had my buddy do all the little upgrades to it
