Default Getting 17x11 zr1's to tuck up on 00 Camaro

How much will I need to roll / widen the fenders on an 00 z28 to get the 17x11 zr1's with the 315's to tuck up and not rub on the fenders? I'll be at stock ride height, but I haven't ruled out lowering the car. I'll be purchasing an adjustable panhard when I get the wheels. I really just want to avoid the "stuck out tires" look as far as appearances go. Main thing is rubbing those fenders...

They fit fine on my 2001 . Some cars look like they have a slight lift with them on but mine isn't too bad looking on stock springs . The adj panhard bar definitely helps too .

There's two offsets you can get with those wheels, make sure you get the more positive of the two.

Here is my 17x11 50mm offset tucked.

Car has 1.75 lowering springs (more like 2" when settled) and heater hose mod. If you want more pictures I can take some. Still have the factory bumpstops also!!!!!!

EDIT: Here are pictures I just took showing they DO NOT stick out past the fender, since I read that you were asking for that in your post.

That's one slammed Z, whytry. Looks like I probably won't have to roll my fenders unless I drop the car and even then I might not.

ls1jorge - If it's a Firebird, don't y'all have wider fenders?

Thanks for the help everyone.

Yeah Firebirds have deeper/wider fenders.

Stock suspension you wont need to touch the fenders, at most is use a hammer on the inner fender well. You'll drop the car, everyone does lol

Its lowered 1.75" with srpings (closer to 2" when fully settled) and I did the hose mod, so thats another .75"

I have both bump stops, didn't need to cut or grind anything.

The only time my tires hit the bump stops is when it's on the lift and the suspension is hanging all the way down, otherwise no problems

Why would the +56's be better than the +50's? Wouldn't that make the wheel stick out farther?

yes I know I just bumped a year old thread
