Unhappy help on clutch

Hey guys, i just installed my stock clutch with a SPEC stage 2 clucth + Steel flywheel on my 04 GTO. BUT now my shifter handle is WAY too loose, a big difference from the stock feel. Is this the way its supposed to feel or did i do something wrong?

Also i have to step on the clutch all the way down and real hard to get it to work.... is this part of the 500 mile break in? will the clutch return to the way it should be? im also leaking from the bellhousing...

Has anyone had any of these problems when replacing your stock clutch?!?

Please, any help would be awesome!!

Sounds like you just don't have the shifter installed properly. As for the leaking, it could be left over fluid from bleeding the hydraulics. That is.. if you did that.
