I think the flames need to be darker.

It looks like you shaded the tail lights and it coming off. If it was darker it would look better

Not dissing them

Not a big fan of the flame, but the quality of the work looks real good. If you like em man, then that's all that matters. I do think they would look a little better if the black was darker though.

Does look like you shaded them and it's peeling off or something as said above. Perhaps if you were to completely black out the "flame" part rather than just darkening it, it wouldn't have that effect.

wet sand them down and start all over again. This time tape the flames and tint the background. You did the opposite.

or if you wanna do the 'black flame' thing do more coats of just tint or even actual paint, i think it would look a lot less like its peeling that way.

thats the downside with that much attention to detail when everyone else sees it from 20 ft. hahaha

Not my cup of tea. Kind of looks like you're lights are not sealed properly resulting in a "cloudy"(for lack of a better word) appearance.

Cool idea, but you have to get very close to them to apreciate the effect. Do you have some bulbs out? They don't light up even.

I wanted to go darker but i had blacked out lights on my lt1 and i got too many tickets in them, i will try to get some night pics of them tomorrow, they look much better at night..

The spoiler is aftemarket from HawksThirdGen.com
Fitment is okay except the pillars are about a 1/4 inch off but you cant tell unless your under it.. :/ But i am painting the car as soon as i get my hood in so i just rattle canned it you cant tell unless your close though!

The outside light is the tun signal, thus it does not stay on all the time. Thats why it looks kinda dull on the outsides... They are lt1 tail lights so since i didnt have the amber section for a turn signal i had to rewire another socket to the harness so i wouldnt have a turn signal in the middle of the light... Did that make sense? :p

It's vht... I thought it looked "different" more than anything... But I'm glad some of you like it at least... I was just gonna do the black up top and leave the flames red without any vht but it's so hard to make the stencil lol
