Back in a ls1
After about two years away from the LS1 family I am happy to say that I am back. Yesterday I traded in my 2003 BMW M3 vert and bought a 2004 Pontiac GTO M6. I have no idea what kind of a deal I got and was kinda trapped as to where to trade the BMW as many dealers do not want such a car because of the limited market. THey were asking $14000 for the GTO but I ended up with it for $12000 + the money I lost on the M3 (do not trade a nich car during a depression).
Although it has 100k on it the car is VERY clean. I will have to do a once over on it to find out what mods it has as I've already found a cat-back, a K&N intake and possibly some PCM programing (CAGS is bypassed and the light does on even come on), I also have to check the gears because it seems to rev higher than my M6 SS did. At 60 mph it's turning about 1550 RPMs. Here are some pics I linked off the dealers site.
Guess I have to change my sig
