mounting TV cable on ls carb intake
i have a 2004R, which requires the use of a tv cable. i had it set up with a bracket for my sbc, but now i cant find a convienient spot to mount the cable with my carbureted LS engine. does anyone have any pictures of how theirs is hooked up?

Try this...call them, they may just sell you the base plate and bracket. I used it on my 700...worked great..

thanks for the picture. i have the standard factory TV cable, and i need to find a good way to mount it as is. the only way i can see doing it is off of the carb this time considering the intake is not providing me with any place to secure the bracket to.

Use these and your problem is solved. That second one is really too expensive, but you can most likely find it cheaper. I have a source to get them for about $30, if you need one.
