General Maintenance & Repairs - Idling high in park

It just started doing this today! It idles about 1500rpm, and also I noticed when I start it the rpms get to 2k before coming back down to 1500. The car is cammed with a tune, etc. Anyone have an idea of why it would just start doing this?

Those darn vacuum leaks. I hate them! When you rev it, does it take forever to come back down to idle again?

Yes, it does. I've had 2 mechanics check for a vacuum leak before, and they found nothing! Weird thing is that it stopped doing it today :bang:

They didn't look hard enough. It's a bitch to find leaks because the rear 1/2 of the engine is under the cowl.

Haha you should see my rig of hoses in the back. I've had a leak forever now and I'm about to just replace every freakin hose to find it! Keep lookin man, good luck.
