Paint & Body Work - filler panel paint questions

I want a new bird and trans am on my car but before i do that i gotta do something with how this things looks. Im sure its not gonna buff out cause it looks like its was flexed or something at some point to the right of where the bird goes. I have never done any painting before but would like to do this by myself. i used dupli-colors Auto paints to do mine. i used their primer, black base coat, and their clear top coat. matches up perfectly.
