Default '02 SS 6spd 73k - whats it worth?

As title says - 2002 Camaro SS 6 spd, 73,000 miles. I have a friend who wants me to put a price on my car - but I want to get some unbiased opinions.
Car has mods that my friend wants to have anyways (so no downside to the mods)
Car is in excellent condition.
Sale will include 2 sets of wheels and tires. (factory 10 spokes and tt2's)
Eagle forged bottom end - stroker 383.
Stock heads - ported/polished
ARP head bolts
SLP high volume oil pump
SLP double roller timing set
Comp cams camshaft (around a 550 lift - don't have spec on hand)
Comp valve springs
Lunati pro pushrods
Titanium retainers
Harland Sharp rockers
GMMG catback exhaust system
Edelbrock ceramic coated headers
SLP air lid
Eibach pro springs
SLP line lock
Cross drilled/slotted rotors - front/rear
Poly motor/trans mounts
Centerforce dual friction - 12" Corvette clutch set
Underdrive crank pulley

Car is a daily driver and fully emissions legal - everything is in excellent condition.
I don't have to sell this car - but would like to get an idea of what range I can expect from someone who wants this setup...

Thanks for your input in advance.

It's very tough to price cars with so much $$ invested. Like the 'sticky' says, take a fair 'private party' price and add a percentage of the mods onto that. The percentage can range anywhere from 25% and up from there, depending on the condition of the car of course. If you have $10,000 in mods invested add $2500 (at least) to the pricing. You can ask more but finding the right buyer looking for that type modded car is tough. It is mostly a younger crowd looking for mods on a car and they of course have the least amount of money.
