Negative Trader Feedback - Getting screwed around by a moderator - y2k ta

I sent him a check for a V6 radiator support back in March. He received the check and supposedly sent the support out on 27 March 2010. Well I've sent numerous PMs to him stating that I haven't recieved it yet. FedEx's website says "shipment information sent to FedEx".

I told him just to send me my money back and still haven't got a reply.

This is Bullsh!t, he is a moderator and he is pull some shady sh!t like this

What a rip-off thing to do to someone.

Hmmmm, somethings not right....he had a bad ordeal about 3 yrs ago with alot of bad deals not going through...I believe he had some personal shit and lost his job...Don't know what happened after that, I know the MODS took away his MOD status until he resolved the issues....

I bought a set of prostars from him and he refunded my money within 24 hrs with no explanation...

Maybe he'll chime in...

Man, honestly Ive had it takes over a month to ship something right down the road. i would call fedex. not taking sides though

I feel that I shouldn't have to pick up his slack and call FedEx. He is the one being a piss poor seller and if I don't hear anything from him within a week I'll pursue this further.

Yea, I see this from time to time. According to the tracking info, he purchased the postage online but never delivered the box to fedex. Fedex scans every item that they get right at the desk, so best bet is he never brought the package to be shipped...He sure didn't deliver the package to fedex at 12:21 am like it says.

Got the PM. y2k_ta is a good guy, I would have to assume something is up. I just checked the tracking number and it shows as shipped March 29th (I'm betting he took it to a FedEx store and had them ship it/create the label) and In Transit in IN. Looks like you should have it soon.

Also, if FedEx did create the label that means they received the package on the 29th of March and it is their oops, (probably left in the back of the store due to its size and forgotten about).

Wrong. The label can be printed online with an account. The package does not have to be in their possession.

He did not bring it to the fedex store March 29th. It said on the tracking page that shipping information was "transmitted to fedex" at 12:27 AM. A fedex store isn't open at that time. It's clear that he ordered and purchased shipping online.

He finally either called and told fedex that he had a package to ship for them to pick it up or he brought it to fedex directly. Question is why wait a month to do that? I bet if the buyer wouldn't have brought this thread up he never would have followed through..Shady stuff. He should really chime in. I'd like to hear the excuses..
