Man I would be so pissed...If there is not a crease in the quarter then you may get by with the paint-less dent removal technique.....As stated pics are needed to be of further help!

It looks like you can get most of that out but to make it perfect again no, there appears to be a chip in the paint where that black dot it in the pic. You will need a new gas cap for sure.

Why on earth would someone be coming at you on that side of the car to hit you the way they did, I don't know. People are idiots. Sorry that this happened. File a police report and call your insurance. They might fix it without upping your rates if you have the police report.

my car was parked and i came out to it, assuming someone backed into my car. there is a little chip in the paint and it would have to be redone. i was just wondering if i can get to the back side of the damage and beat it out.

His is more reasonable than what someone did to my quarter. I still have no idea how they did what they did to it, or what they used.

I don't think you can get to the backside of the quarter without taking apart a bunch of stuff.

dont think you can get at the back side theres not alot of room once you get the inter. apart. It also has a sharpe line through it so you cant pdr it. You will need to take it in to get repaired because the metal is stretched where the sharpe line is in the dent

hey man pull the interior panels and get in there with a medium size hammer and take a few soft blows you will still have damage but you might be able to lessen it. or even try your hand to push on it. where its at you should be able to pull the panels off and see it pretty decent on the inside and give it a try.

I wouldn't use a hammer either, you'll end up messing it up worse, costing you more $ in the long run

just so you know when i say use a hammer i dont mean take a sledge in there and wake away lol. i mean just give it a few little taps. try with your hand pushing out. i wish i had a pic but ive had this happen twice and one time i could push it out by hand and the other i took a hammer and tapped it out and it popped out no problem.

That sucks, but it could have been alot worse. If you do knock it out some be carefull not to stretch the metal any more. Chances are pdr won't work because of the crease and were the inner structure is for the gas neck

If i was you i would take off your interior panels if u want the dent out.. take a 2x4 or small peice of wood and and mallet.. do not use a hammer cause it will just make it look horrible and cheap.. u might get most out but sense its by the gas door you cant get it all cause of the hose and such. Paintless dent might be able to get most out but i qoute you at about 700-1000 to fix.. call insurance! they might work with you, its worth a shot
