sounds like the right side, maybe toward the rear?

try taking ur belts off first and run it and see if the noise goes and and go from there but dnt run it to long

if it's not the belt, that sounds like something is not getting lubricated....

oh yeah one more detail. you cant hear it in the video but this sound will go away and come back randomly.

I have the same noise in my 2000 Z28. it only happens when the engine is still warm after a drive and starting it up and it will make sound for less than a minite and then go away. any luck with that yet?

it sounds like altanater bearings or water pump bearings...

u can also use a screwdriver or piece of wood and start putting it in diff spots on the motor with ur ear up against the screwdriver that will help u pin point where the noise is coming from.. good luck

does the sound go away on your car? after about a min or so? mine does and any luck yet to what it maybe?

I haven't messed with it any, still happens and it normally happens more when cold and will suddenly go away. After driving it may come back. But it ONLY happens at idle.
