going rate of cam installs?

Default going rate of cam installs?

i have the cam just need it installed with supporting mods aka springs, pushrods, tune.

what will that run me? i plan on going to SQR cuz ive heard only good things from them. SQR feel free to shoot a PM, or ne one else for that matter

i just dropped mine off at sqr for the same stuff, quoted me 500 for tune and 500 for intstall. Great customer service up there aswell, they are super flexible and try and help ya out. Daniel is a good guy to work with. I get my car back on thurseday and cant wait.

I'm sure that is just the labor, Springs cost about 250...

oh dang. well i just dont want to spend over 1250-1300 on a cam install

You could always try to do it yourself. Not as complicated as you might think.

x2. There are a couple DIY How-to's (check out the "Ultimate How-To" sticky in the new user section) that are pretty straightforward.

Just don't drop a lifter...

or more like the correct way.
its alot more involved when done correct. when i install cams. the heads are coming off
springs 250+
pr 100+
timing chain 100-150+
minimum just in supporting parts if alredy got cam.
