Yea there are quite a few shops, I would check out horsepowerjunkies.com Im a member there and there are alot of quality shops as sponsors on there. RPM and Mayham Motorsports focus solely on GM cars and are in Raleigh NC. Or Speed Inc is in Wilmington which would probable be closer to J-ville, although they do not focus on GM's ive heard nothing but great things about them.

Tint they are sticklers about here. As long as it passes the OBD2 scan then you can find shops that overlook the emissions related stuff. Check out RWHP.us we have a few Goats that will give you a run. There is a APS TT, Magnacharged, 427, think a heads, cam spray one also.
