I would say strange just on price...

How bad would drag shocks be on the street? would they outperform the stock decarbons?

I prefer the QA1, but the reliability on the street S-U-C-K-S. I have my rebuilt every other year.

QA1 shocks are OK, but I prefer Affco springs. The QA1 springs I've used always needed adjusting due to sag...

Kevin (NoGo) good to see you still around. You still tuning?

Yup.

I tune for several shops in the NE area. I do more bikes/imports/projects then LS1's now though.

Personally I find the QA1s (F's, aka the 50/50s) overly bouncy on the street regardless of setting. I'll go as far as to say the ride quality on the street sucks.

However they do work very well on the strip.

But I'm wondering if a higher dollar adjustable shock like a Koni would provide the best of both worlds, though those are geared more for going in circles then a straight line.
