i've got a 3.23 posi 10 bolt rear out of a 2002 t/a with only 40k on it. in great condition ready to bolt in and go. comes complete with brakes, wiring, lines, swaybar, etc. $300+shipping. pm me if you need a quote

If it was a whining rear and was a POS, i would not be selling it on here. Rear is out of a car we parted out. car was 100% completely stock and was hit in the front drivers side. rear is perfectly fine and was tested before removal.

I just edited my original post. The rear has 3.23 gears, not 3.42's like i had mentioned. just a typo. sorry for the confusion. i can send pics also if need be
