how do you repin a connector like this?

Default how do you repin a connector like this?

I need to repin my PNP switch the connector looks like this:

I can't figure out how to get the pins out?

I'd find a pin/very small screwdriver to stick in the slot where the arrow is pointing - there is most likely a tab that needs to be pushed up so you can pull the plug out of the socket. Just a guess...

MeentSS02 is correct. A tiny thin screwdriver should do the job nicely.

I had tried a paper clip and didn't have much luck. I will try it again while praying to the electrical gods.

You might find that you can't exert enough force with a paperclip. You need to push the metal locking tang up into the rest of the pin so that it won't prevent sliding the pin out of the connector housing. There are special tools for this but a jeweller's screwdriver usually works pretty well.
