I need to take off the plug on this LS7 block but I don't know the size of the hex key. I need to buy the right size allen wrench or hex socket so I can pull it off tomorrow. I really appreciate the help. This is the coolant jacket plug on the block.

I just realized there are 2 hex plugs in the pic. The one with the white and blue mark is the one I'm interested in. It's pretty big.

Dont know the size but you can get a hex set for less than 10 bucks at home depot.

This is a big *** hex size. It's one of the more oversized ones. I don't think the 10 dollar set will cover this particular size.

I don't know what size it is, but you'll probably have to go to a real tool store to get the right size. That's not as big as the oil filter adapter on a Jeep 4.0.

K I figured it out so for future searchers. The hex size is a 17mm. Cheers.
