You should have no problem getting over 400whp NA with that cam. Decent duration, newly designed lobes and lift over .600 on both the intake and exhaust. These new lobes are supposed to be the real deal. If you are not, with a decent clutch/lightweight flywheel setup, you definately will be.

400RWHP should be close, as cam and headers should get you 50 more ponies. But, just to be sure so you do not disappoint the dyno crowd:
1) Find a friendly dyno
2) Get some 93 octane
3) Make sure all fans in garage are used
4) Do it on a cool day/night
JFWY, have fun, I compare dyno time right up there with watching your kids come into the world. I would be equally concerned with the gains from this round of mods.
On a 100-shot, do you get 100 or 125 RWHP gain?

In my f-body. I gained 78rwhp with unequal length Pacesetters and the 233/239 TSP cam which is actually just a renamed 232/238 XE-R cam. The stock clutch was hating life too. I know the V's have higher drive train loss but the added compression and flow from the 243 heads should offset that.
