Default Aerodynamic of Trans Am

Hi everyone! I would like to put a LS7 engine in a Trans Am. At high speed, aerodynamic improve the car's stability and I would like to know which 4 gen Trans Am (1992-1997; 1998-2002) have the lower Cx. I found somewhere the 1992-1997 has a Cx of 0.31. Thanks

Just out of curiosity, why do care about the Cx between a 4th and a 4.5 gen trans ams?

The differences have to be very minimal..

To reach the best CX has it is possible. I think the 98-02 will be better, but i'm not sure

I would almost guess '93-'97, the nose is more pointed, and the rest of the car is pretty similar, however, I doubt the differences are that great.

BTW, this might not be the best area to ask this, try chassis/LSx discussion/even racer's lounge for some more responses.

Yeah, I build a car for extreme performance on high speed. I know the aerodynamic affect the car's stability and control.

haha, especially if you're going to the trouble of dropping an LS7 in.

I'm pretty sure the '98-'02 T/As have a Cx of .32, but consider this: The Boost Logic Toyota Supra hit 246 mph on the texas mile. The MKIV Supra's drag coefficient is also .32, and not counting the holes duct-taped shut, the Boost Logic's Supra has a completely stock body style.
