Hey guys I'd like to ask your oppinion. Im looking at 2010 camaros and I can either get an LS3 with a supercharger putting out 650 horsepower or a LS7 that puts out 600hp. What would be the pros and cons against each set up in your oppinion. Im leaning towards the sc LS3 but im curious. thanks guys
oh you can google Denooyer/redline performance to see the actual set ups

you cant go wrong with either though these SC setups are pretty kickass. id go with an SCed ls3.

well u gotta decide all motor or s/c which u like better. ls3 is a good motor for boost its basically the same thing as a lsa. ls7 can make a very good amount of power n/a.
i'd do ls7 all motor just sounds so good

If a budget is an issue, go LS3. I would also think about fitment, as the LS7 is a dry sump and requires a little more to put in place.
Both will make great options though.

What kind of supercharger? cause i would think with that heavy camaro i would want a motor that makes as much low end torque as possible not only to get it moving better but to make it more fun to drive. So if its a roots/screw blown ls3 my vote would be for that.

I drove an LS3 SC one last week & it pulled really good but it was way too quiet. It had LTs with the stock catback. It had a Magnacharger & I could hear no blower whine at all. That part was a lil disappointing, I dont know if its because its a TVS style blower. My modded GTP screams pretty good & I was expecting more noise from one of these but nope.
