The alternator is held on by 2 15mm bolts.

The large wire coming from the alternator is held on by a single 13mm nut i believe.

Don't forget to unplug the pigtail on the back of the alternator.

You will have to remove the serpentine belt of course using a 15mm wrench to move the tensioner.

Do it yourself save the money. It won't take long at all. If it won't budge after unbolted tap it with a rubber mallet or use a pry bar. Don't let it fall on your head.

Yeah, piece of cake really. Save yourself some money and do it yourself. As long as you don't rush you shouldn't have a problem with either. Which o2 do you need to replace?

Alternator is cake, 10-15 minutes.

Get the Denso 02 sensors, PERIOD!!! Bosch are **** (for alot of cars they just do not work).
GM uses the Densos as their own 02 sensors now. If you buy 02 sensors at the dealership, you will get Densos in the AC Delco box.

Get the 2344087 Densos, they work in any sensor position, doesn't matter. Zip-tie the extra wire to the frame. $42.00, you'll have them Thursday.

Or go to Rockauto.com, they have them for $39.00 each.

Pretty much covered everything, but I'm pretty sure my alternator had these 2 bolts and a third bolt near the top that threaded in from the back.
