I am using a Chevy speedo cable with the TKO in my LS2 Datsun. My TKO has both electric and mechanical speedo hook ups, so don't see why you can't use the mechanical for your dash speedo and route the VSS to the PCM.

If your TKO still has the ford output, call DD. They have adapter cables for space limited applications. They have old stock cables that will adapt the TKO ford ouptput with a 6" cable to the GM sender. You gotta ask for it as it's an old item they dont list any more. Then take your mechanical speedo off that.

They are very adjustable and work very good. I was impressed with how easy they are to calibrate. Mine was showing only 10 mph at an actual 70 mph. So I wasn't sure if I would ever get there. It doesn't have any problem. It will count the pulses in 2 miles and calibrate itself.
