PCM Diagnostics & Tuning - still having KR problems even after new plugs and wires

I have ngk tr55 and msd wires and a hand held d/s tuner i have my wot fueling set at 4% rich on both 2 to 4k and 4 to 6 k and I'm still getting 8+ degrees of kr I've left my timing alone for now. I do have a kink in the fuel line thought but I was told that it wouldnt affect anything it's the line that goes up the trans tunnel. The plugs are gaped at .045 so what should i do? Do solid motor mounts cause kr I mean false kr rather?

"Do solid motor mounts cause kr I mean false kr rather?"
very well could.
The fuel pressure does what, when it knocks??
Fix the fuel line!

What are the 02's reading? for volts it should be .88- .95 to be in the ball park.
You can get false KR from driveline vibration.

ok I'm getting all this from my aeroforce gauge and I do have quite alot of driveline vibebration i have 3 point sfc's bmr tq arm and cross member my transmission is shot the tq converter is comming part so that's causing the tq converter to sing, I can feel the kr thought. The "volts" would be under 02 milivolts correct?

What do you mean "4% rich", do you have a WBO2?
NBO2 mV don't really mean much, they can be .900 and AFR can still be lean.
The amount of KR that gets pulled can be quite high unless you reduce the "knock fast attack rate"

no I'm just going by what my aeroforce gauge says, theres a setting on the d/s tuner called pe and I have it said at 4% err 6% at 2-4k and 4-6k in my rpm range. And how do you reduce the fast attack rate? hey slowhawk that mv is at cruise or wot?

remember it's only a diablosport tuner so theres only so much I can really do :(

First off, you need to see what the AFR is at WOT. That will help determine if the knock is real or not.
Second, do you hear any pinging?
Does your engine have an aftermarket cam, pushrods, springs? I've found stock GM knock sensitivity settings to be overly sensitive when used with noisier valvetrain components.

nope all stock I do have some valve train ticking though.

Maybe you should revert to the original tune; if you
"install performance" with the original version Predator
it pushes +6 degrees across the board.
What model/year? '98s are especially prone, want
the knock sensors replaced with new version. Even
newer ones can corrode if you like to hose down the
engine and leave it sit.
Any clever stuff like ported MAF, K&N filter?

It's not a stock d/s tune it's a custom tune done by d/s it's a 99 and i cant go back to the other tune because I'm on 3:73's.

Theres a flaw with the d/s tuner when you go to change the axle ratio in the tuner itself the speedo goes all wacky so you cant use the tune in the tuner you have to have them make you a tune and adjust your rear axle ratio there. So it's a custom tune If i install the factory tune that orginally came with the d/s tuner I would have lost everything and I would have to have them write me another one. You said 6% pe so I'm adding to that? Right now I'm pushing 15% pe across the board. I dunno what do you guys thing failing fuel pump or injector? The weird part is I'm getting really shitty gas mileage now too....Like 116 or something to a tank :(

Do you have any shops that specialize in tuning in your area? Might be better to see them. Nothing personal but they will know what to look for, check A/F ect.

none taken yeah but they are pricey :( that's my next step is to get an lm1 or something along those lines
