Default Bump Stop Mod! but cable pedal is in the way.

I just did the Bump Stop Mod. I did it the Voltage method I had it stock at 4.31 and i was nervous cause I didn't feel like putting a bolt later if i went too far. I ground a bit then more and more now I am finally at 4.70. Read the maximum is 4.71 and 4.69 should be the safe number, and I searched and saw that 4.71 on SOME cars isn't throwing a code but whatevs.

My question is I just did the mod, it stops at 4.70v but the cable is only allowing it to open to 4.61v. I am not happy about it what is need to get the full advantage of the blade open until the stop comes into play. I plan on P&P my TB afterwards.

So why is the cable or pedal not allowing it to fully open, how do i fix it?

DO NOT TOUCH THE MAF. Even porting the ends can cause confusion in the computer and can screw up your maf readings plus the gains are marginal if any jus P&P the throttle body.

Agreed. I ported and polished my MAF and it looks great but throws codes on every car it's been on. Just leave it alone, you're getting enough air through there.

Cool thanks, that sucks though i was hoping to have the MAF PP with the Throttle Body, have them match and all. God the maf is just a little freakin delicate baby...

But the Bump Stop Mod, wow, very noticable difference. That little extra you give the blade makes that much of a difference? Incredible i am very pleased with it.
