Does anyone know the part number to the T56 front cover?
The T56 that I bought has this piece of the front cover broken off.
I'm guessing 2 mounting holes are broken off? Does it seem like this would be a big issue on a street car? Since it's off the car, now is the time to replace it. Is this part easy to swap or is there something else to it? Does anyone know what part number this would be? I want to price it out first. And if there's a seal/gasket behind it, that would be awesome to know the part numbers of also.

Oh, I also need the bolts from the bellhousing to the motor, so if anyone has those part numbers as well.
The transmission is out of a GTO btw.

That looks like a regular LS1 T56. I would buy that plate (proper name=front bearing retainer) from D&D. I want to say they have it for a little over $200, not sure though.
Also, if you buy the aftermarket bolts, they will have a 17mm head opposed to the stock 15mm flanged bolt head. The 17s are more of a pain to deal with since you will have to use a bigger socket. If you are ordering new bolts from the dealer, I would just order the bellhousing--->engine bolts. They are exactly the same threads and length, but the have a 13mm head, making it very easy to install/remove. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info everyone.
I actually ordered flanged bolts from mcmaster, so they have a 15mm bolt head. I am going to be doing all of the work off the car and install the motor and trans together, so I think I'll be fine with those bolts.
Is there a bearing that comes with the front bearing retainer? Or does one have to be installed and pressed in?
Is this part a direct swap? Can I take off the old one and put on the new one?
