Exclamation superbikes racing in DFW crash at 125+

Not sure of the details but from what I've heard from word of mouth is that they were racing at 150+ and one of the bike clipped a car causing the othe bike to clip another car.. the cars that were behind the bikes when the crashed created a baracade with their cars to protect the riders and ended up getting their cars totaled but the bikers are alive! Can't confirm this information as I am at work on my phone but anyone with more details PLEASE chime in! For god sakes I hope they are ok and not members of our forum family!

Even though you know if that was your kid the conversation would go something like this....

Dad: Are you ok?
Son: Yes
Dad: Good *SMACK*

They should save that racing for TWS or MSR. Anyone can pin the throttle and go that fast. The trouble is stopping or avoiding traffic. I hope they are ok (doubtful), and learn to start attending trackdays in a safe enviroment. Way too many bad bikers out there.

"They did what anybody, you know, in their good heart would want to do, is to protect that victim. They used their vehicle to block it. They're doing the right thing," said Lt. Jimmy Vaughn with the Dallas Police Department.
I would've ran his *** over.

Sucks that he was hurt, but what sucks more is he put others in danger as well. I cant say I feel too sorry for him either. You jack around on the road, you get what's coming to ya. Natural Selection.

There are so many open highways in DFW that are never busy during night hours. I dont see why people race on 635, 30, 20, and so on whens there is tons of traffic, esp on bikes. However, most bikers are great candidates for the Darwin award.

If wanna haul some *** check out 35n in between Denton and Ft Worth. Plus, you can check out Texas Motor Speedway.

I agree. It was certainly reckless and dangerous. Still, it's no reason to sanction by inaction the death of the biker. Hopefully, he'll learn his lesson, realize how fortunate he was probably by the hand of God, and not do this again.

I totally agree also. If you could do something to avoid running someone over, some of you guys wouldn't?

I would have blocked the way, yes. But then I would have belittled him, told how much of a dumbass he was for racing with traffic on the road (cause I do break the speed once in awhile) then helped his wounds then again i would mention one more time about him being a dumbass.
