Its for a c5 but on yanks site the c5 and the lt1 converters are on the same page.

any help would be appreciated thanks.

Yes. They are both 298mm converters stock and are identical for interchangeability.

It will definitely fit. By looking at the pictures I would not mind seeing a front cover picture. Especially in the area where the converter clutch applies. I have seen if the clutch is damaged or slipping, the paint will change it's color or have burn marks in it. Hope this helps. BTW Yanks makes great converters. Vince
