Default me/my collection

Been registered for a little while but never really posted. im a fan of the ls1, heres what i have:

99 pewter z28 70k 419whp/39Xtq 12.83@114(still pedaling it at half track)
windowed the block last fall, will be for sale as a roller in the next few weeks. going to use the H/C/I/clutch/trans out of it for my miata and the shortblock/diff out of a CTS-V I parted out about a year ago.

89 RX7 TII no times yet, getting tuned this month
LS6 heads/intake
F-11 cam
cold fusion 150 shot
3600 stall

2000 K2500 ext. cab shortbox. nice tires for winter duty.

and of course the less important cars(no LS)

'94 Z28 - 67k miles
K&N cold air and some aftermarket exhaust.
I've had this car since I was 14(11 years)
Thats my dads WS6 next to it, all original 51k miles

'91 miata 13.13@109
greddy turbo kit on 15psi
stock fuel system + methanol injection

91 Civic Si 13.3@112
H22 swap
t3/t4 turbo
lots of boring honda mods

96 GSR Integra
all stock - DD

04 ZX-12R
184whp
stretched/lowered/geared/tuned

as for me, im 24, graduated UNL with an Electrical Engineering degree in Dec. '08. Currently have an engineering position with a local utility. Bought a house last fall so my toy funding has gone downhill quite a bit but I still find time to play.

I think a gratuitous "here's my awesome shop" post is in need here.

Where do you store all those really cool machines?

I have bought and sold a lot of cars since I was 16. I have also had a job since i was 16. I rarely drink, don't smoke, etc. So most of my money goes to toys. Since I've graduated I've had a few years making decent money and nothing to do but play. You are looking at what, $60k in vehicles? I don't think that's unreasonable in 8 years.

A lot more than I can afford at 30 heh.

Still wanna see your shop. I got 3 cars and it's more than I can store on my little half acre. Truck has to sit outside all the time.

My dad has the shop, typical every tool you'd ever want or need sort of thing. He does body work, which comes in pretty handy.

I hear that!

I lived with my parents into my mid 20s because of that very reason! Dad had a 3600 sq ft shop with full air tools, and was hoping to get a lift, though it never got done. I still managed to do a frame-off on a 71 C10, got it up to a rolling chassis, 5.3/4L60E, fresh 12 bolt, had all my body panels hand picked from parts trucks all over the southeast..

then.... I got another job in another city.. and I had to sell it.. then my parents moved.

That's the very nice thing. He likes to collect muscle cars and never thought much of my Mazda "sh*tbox" until I took him for a ride.
