Default Picked up a new bird yesterday

Well, After a month of driving a cobra I wanted to have a T/A or something again, just didn't like the ford too much, and I got a good offer on it. I sold it last night and picked this up. Its a 1998 Formula, A4 Hardtop with only 88k miles, only option it has is GU5 axle with 3.23 gears. Cloth seats, no traction, I wish It had manual windows but no such luck. It is extremely clean, the pics don't do the paint justice. Other two very tiny chips that I could find it looks showroom new. I put the magnaflow on it today, otherwise its all stock.

If you dont mind me asking, how much did you pay for it? It's really clean, looks well taken care of. Any other mods?

Paid 6k for it. Its extremely clean. No mods, only the magnaflow I put on today. I am in the middle of trying to sort out the horrific stereo install that was done on it, I have all the interior panels off trying to figure out what they did with the wiring.

Nice find for $6k! I was never a huge fan of that body style with the formula bumpers but after buying my 98 Formula its growing on me

I've always liked the plain style, looks like a sleeper to me. Plus its quiet and cops don't look at it. I really wanted an M6 but the auto is nice too. My first auto car in years, I keep trying to push the clutch when I stop.

Thanks man, do you have WS6 wheels on yours? Any pictures? I've been thinking I want to put 98-00 WS6 wheels on the car, I like the smooth spokes and it needs a slightly bigger wheel to look right. I would get the backs widened to 11" probably but keep the stock looking wheels.

Haha I'm enjoying bleeding the brakes right now, I think I've pushed the pedal 147,896 times already. Solo bleeders are nice though.

Hey man, I don't think my wheels are ws6 wheels,
My tire size is 245-50 16" The ws6 wheels were 275-40 17"

Ah probably just the chrome base wheels then. I can't tell from your pic it is small and they look very similar.

Yeah, I couldn't stand not having a 'bird. I sold my 99 T/A about a month ago and bought the cobra and it just didn't feel right. Been driving T/A's for the last 5 years haha.
