As of now my motor is running nice and smooth, so I am not sure what to do about these last 3 items, if I should remove them or if I should plan to hook them up?


Was wondering what this little box is used for, I dont believe it is doing anything, can I just remove it?

There is a hose coming off the back of of the intake, It seems like it should be hooked up, I just have no clue where? can I remove it and plug it off or should I hook it up?

This is what the end of it looks like:

And finally This hose is coming off the throttle body, the only place I can think of too hook it up is somewhere on my air intake, I believe it is a vaccume line of some sort? Any suggestions?

1st looks like the purge solenoid. You can delete.
2nd looks like the vacuum line that goes to the brake booster. Do you have power brakes? If so, you need it.
3rd looks like the coolant line that warms the TB. Is there a similar fitting on both sides under the TB? If so, dont worry about it.

1st is actually the air pump solinoid and can be removed
2nd is power brake hose
3rd is the coolant for t-body just remove it
