Default Audio problems!

So, I just got back from Iraq for my 2 week Rest & Relaxation.. Got my baby out of storage, installed my wheels, put the blackbird stripes on, and fixed my headlight motor gears...

Anyways I ordered a speaker system from KEE AUDIO which sounds amazing!!

.....My problem is that the radio shuts off after not even 5 minutes of playing.

I have a Kenwood touch screen and the stock system worked fine. But, now after getting my speakers installed the damn radio won't stay playing. I got told something about the amp over heating and shutting the radio off for "safety" reasons.. can any one help me?

I can only think that one of the wires is maybe grounding out somewhere and sending the amp into protect mode??!! I wasn't even aware that the Monsoon would do that but it does make sense that it could.
Just shooting from the hip on that one though.
Try and enjoy the rest of your R&R!
