Default Side window tint?

I had the tint at the back of my passenger side window peel up. I took it to get fixed under warranty. The tinting guy told me that the window track inside the door was prone to losing the felt and the metal scapes the window. After telling me that he said he'll only fix it this time, and if it happens again its on me. Is this guy just yanking my chain because they did a shotty job or is this a real issue?

Thanks

not sure what to tell you, but my driverside felt piece actually broke the metal tab it was connected by. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

I luckily was in the door installing speakers, and noticed it before i got the car tinted.

It was a $10 part to fix, not too hard to do.

Ryan.

One of the wheels on my window cracked off, the metal is really crappy and it looked like I'd need that whole new bottom piece... I just broke out the robogrips and kept squeezing the metal together.. My tints got messed up but my window works now
