Default oil pressure sending unit thread??

does any one know what kind/size thread is the oil pressure sending unit hole is? where did you find an adapter to run a sending unit with a NPT thread?

http://www.speedwaymotors.com/LS-Ser...ter,20928.html with a ls6 intake i also had to use a 1/8 npt 45* to clear with the auto meter electric sending unit.

If you want a cheap adapter, use the LS1 sender, break off the black plastic part.. gut it down to the metal threaded part. Drill and tap it to the correct 1/8" NPT Threads (or ?).. Cost = nothing !

i tried to search for an adapter but couldn't find anything thanks guys. i was thinking about making the original one work i might have to do that, did any one find those adapter at an auto parts store?

autometer makes an adapter, summit racing sells it. i had to use on on an ls6 syclone we just built so we could still use the syclone sending unit and stock guage.

I used the above autometer adapter with an t fitting that converted to AN so i had a place for my pressure gauge and the other i used for my oil feed for my turbo both using AN lines...
