I don’t want to bash any sponsor if they are one… But with Dallas Raceway has a problem with a natural water spring at the end of the track close to the ¼ mile marker.

I know of 2 wrecks from this..

We notice this when the place opened and my buddies TA was hauling *** down the track we thought something was wrong with his car. But notice that the same thing was happing to ever car that got to that point in the track. It was water coming off the tires.

I still take my kids to the track to watch the races.. Much closer for me then Ennis track.

If everyone is going to Ennis this Friday if the weathers ok… I will go.

Thanks for the heads up. I have never been. They are having a motorcycle shootout this sunday so i figured that would be cool to see and a good day to learn some things. I havent been to Ennis in years and that was w my WS6 but I will try to go Friday if weather permits. Its hard to find room to stretch the legs of on this bike safely.

may try to make it to ennis after work if it doesn't rain but the weather doesn't look promising for friday. the water on the top end at dallas raceway scared me one time but it only happens after it rains. if there has been enough of time for the ground to dry, then there is no problem with it coming through the track. if i had my choice to race at dr or ennis, i would choose dr. much nicer track and all concrete.

Ennis has been all concrete since 1986. Now go do some more AT&T commercials you Luke Wilson looking scrat. We all know you go to DR because of your BS times, we know you have a built shortblock.

I knew I have seen that Vette lol

Dallas Raceway is a nice track I like it. Just wish more people would show up.
Being in the stand watching the races and only 10 or 15 cars racing "sucks"……

Also I have to say this about Dallas Raceway drivers.

I'm out there ever weekend almost. And the drivers of the racers cars are very nice ….that’s what makes me keep coming back. My Son gets a big kick out of watching the races and going back to the pits and looking at the cars. They just let him look as much as he wants and some have told him to get in and look around. My son is 6 and loves watching racing or anything about cars more than cartoons.

Like I said if the weather is nice we will come.
