Default Bumpstop cut out pic.

Cut out the metal, pinched all the layers together and welded and painted them.
Car is in pieces so I figured a good time to share some pics, that's why I've been posting so many pics lately, lol
BTW, you'll also have to beat the front inner fender a bit to get those bigger tires to fit.

What's inside that spring, is that one of those drag racing air bags to stop twisting off the line?

Thanks guys.
I'm not planning on doing coil overs just now. If I have suspension trouble when I put the nitrous to it then it'll definalety be a consideration.

My race tires are Hoosier 30x10.5's radial slicks.

Yes it's an airbag, that's of of 2 I have installed. Usually they are used on the passenger side to stop twisting yes but I don't use them for that I use mine to stiffen the rear, like a stiffer spring would do, that way I get "some" comfort street driving with the stock springs and I can air them up to get the stiffness I need at the track.

Hahahahaha-hey man-I'm working on the thing and when I did all this work a few years back I didn't know how to post up pics until Rick introduced me to Photobucket a few months ago.
Now I can't be stopped!!

I'll see if I can get pics of that up tomorrow.
