Simple question, is armor coating the same as ceramic coating?

Thats awesome. I am buying some pacesetter LTs tomorrow that are armor coated. It even says it on the sticker on the box. The guy im getting them from never installed them on anything. It just confused me because i always see Pacesetters advertised as ceramic coated. But according to that site its the same. I just dont want chrome ones that are gonna get nasty.
