Default Help with starting problem

Hey guys ive had several people to look at my car and nobody has figured it out yet and was wondering if anyone has had this problem every few days Ill try to crank my car and nothing happens all the gauges work everything has power but the starter will not turn over so I wait exactly 3 mins. and it starts fine I put a new starter relay and no help put a new starter wiring harness and no help so my tuner thought it might be in the security so he cut it off and still no help. Any ideas? thanks

Maybe the starter itself is going bad. Or the ground might not be making a good connection.
